How to buy example.

Simply add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the Example Buy Button. on each item you want ordered. This will
transport you and your desired items to the shopping cart where you can see and/or adjust the items
you have selected for purchase.

Once at the cart, you can preview your order as it accumulates and then return to the page you were
shopping on by clicking .
If you wish to make changes to the shopping cart, simply change the quantities for the items you want

changed and click .
If you no longer wish to order an item in the shopping cart, simply change the quantity to Zero and

click .

To view shipping charges: * Once you have added all the items you wish to order to your shopping cart,
select the shipping method you prefer and the state weare shipping the items to and click .

* For Rush Shipping, items in our catalog must be evaluated by dimensional weight rather than by their actual weight,
which may result in an item or order being considered oversized and not able to be shipped by Rush means at the
price quoted in the order cart.

* Oversized Item details. (Large orders, bulky items, or oversized items marked with *'s are best shipped by regular
means to avoid exorbitant shipping charges).

When everything in the shopping cart is satisfactory, click Go to payments - Checkout  to proceed
to the shipping & payment instruction pages where you will be able to add your billing address as well
as your shipping address if allocable .

Once you have entered the Billing address (where the credit card statement is sent) and Shipping address
(where you want these items shipped to), then click to confirm the billing and shipping information, and select your preferred payment method.

Checkout Payment Example.

Select either Credit Card or Money Order then click to be taken to the credit card
information page. This page is SSL SECURE PAYMENT to protect your credit card information. * If you
prefer to pay buy check, select Money Order to complete your order for processing.

* If Money order was selected (or you wish to pay by check) the next page will be your receipt (Print this page).
The printed page will supply information on how to get your check or money order to us. Shop4Bugs.com does
accept personal or business checks. We reserve the right to hold your order until check clearance is guaranteed.
Bank checks or money orders will speed up shipping of your order. Make payable to Discount Shop4Network LLC.

Once you have entered your credit card information, click to complete your order
for processing. This action does NOT charge your credit card at this point. Your credit card is NEVER
charged until the items are boxed and ready to ship.

AOL Browsers are unique. They don't "see" or "operate" the same way Netscape and Explorer browsers
do. This has caused the occasional problem with our shopping cart. Read about Cookies below, and if
you still cannot get your cart to "drive" through the aisles with ease, please don't hesitate to use our alternative
order methods.

 

COOKIES

You don't want another shopper putting items into your shopping basket. Our cookies are tiny
"byte-sized" computer morsels that get sent to your computer from our computer so that our cart can identify
your personal shopping basket by number. That way, your product choices go into your cart and other shopper's choices go into their own buggies.

Your web browser automatically deletes our "cookies" after a few hours so that they don't take up
unnecessary space.

If you are shopping at Shop4Bugs with your cookies "disabled" your shopping basket may not work
effectively. If that happens either re-enable your cookies in your browser options or see the alternative
ordering information below.

Sometimes, when a cookie is sent from us to you, it can get hung up or corrupted like any other packet of
information. If one small segment is missing or corrupted, our security will throw everything out rather than
risk it. It could be your server, our server, ... or anywhere in between (routers, etc.)

You might want to try the order cart two or three times to see if the service from us to you has improved
in the minute or two between tries. Otherwise, please use the ordering alternatives below (with our apologies).

CHECKS: Shop4Bugs does accept personal or business checks. We reserve the right hold to your order
until check clearance is guaranteed. Bank checks or money orders will speed up shipping of your order.

COD: Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to you "Cash on Delivery",

HANDLING/SERVICE CHARGES

Although we must always charge shipping (above), there are NO extra service charges on
orders over $25.00 shipped throughout the US or US territories by our usual means of
shipping.


 

  • Orders under $25.00 incur a $3.00 service charge.
    We would love for you to order anything you like. Even the smallest orders are important to us.
    However, because our prices are discounted, and in order to keep our prices to you at the lowest
    possible level, we must charge a $3.00 service fee on orders under $25.00.

  • Handling on Rush or unusual shipping requests.

PRICE CHANGES

Prices in our catalogue are kept current on a daily basis and are rarely different than the catlogue shows.
However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, and prices and availability are subject to change
without notice.
 

BACKORDERS AND DISCONTINUED

From time to time (and much to our dismay), shortages and out of stocks will occur. Items may be
backordered for three reasons:

  • There is more demand for the item than we originally anticipated, and our suppliers have to re-supply
    us with the additional inventory.
     
  • The manufacturer has failed to ship to us in a timely manner due to a shortage of parts, materials, etc.
     
  • Transportation strikes, natural disasters, etc.

When we experience an out of stock situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock
item arrives within 5 working days of the date of your order.

If we don't anticipate being able to restock quickly enough to meet the 5-working day limit, your order will be
shipped minus the out of stock item. At that time, out-of-stock items priced over $15.00 will be treated as a
backorder unless the customer requests that we not ship backorders. Out-of-stock items priced under $15.00 will be deleted from the order, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.

For standard-sized backordered items, freight will be calculated on the entire order, charged on the first part, and the backordered items will be sent as quickly as possible with no additional freight charges. Oversized-backordered items (those marked with *'s or ++) will be charged the actual freight when they are shipped.

If we don't anticipate re-stock of an item in a reasonable amount of time, your order will be shipped minus the
out of stock item, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.

Discontinued items will, of course, not be shipped.

You will receive a notice in the first package indicating the dispensation of any items not shipped.

TAX

Retail tax is charged only to shipments shipped to or ordered by persons living in Texas. 


 

SHOULD A MISTAKE OCCUR

We make every attempt to avoid errors in the processing of your order, but sometimes mistakes happen.
When one does occur, please allow us to correct it.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

We ship by the most efficient means possible. However, damage occasionally occurs.

If a package appears to have obvious damage on the outside which may affect the product inside, please
refuse shipment at your door or ask the carrier to note the damage on his shipping manifest (if possible) and call our customer service department to receive new product. This is particularly important for large items shipped by motor freight carriers.

In all cases, save all of the packaging and packing materials and call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt for help. 1-512-691-9401
 

NOT IN THIS CATALOGUE?

There just isn't enough time or room in our on-line catalogue for everything, and new items come in constantly. So if you don't see what you're looking for, just ask one of our representatives for it by name or manufacturer, and we will do our best to get it for you.

Questions are most efficiently handled by E-mail, especially if you are searching for a product not listed on
the site. That gives our search department time to look through our availability without putting you on hold.
We will reply at the earliest possible moment.

SPECIAL ORDERS?

Some items are available but not stocked by our warehouses. They can be ordered from the manufacturers
and shipped either through our warehouse or direct from the manufacturers to you. These items take a little
more time to coordinate and ship, may incur an extra handling charge, and are non-returnable items. If you
have ascertained the availability of the item by search through our e-mail search department, you may order
it by telephone or direct e-mail order.

PAPER CATALOGUE

www.Shop4Bugs.com does not have a paper catalogue. We rely on you to print out only those pages that
interest you. Most of our clients appreciate the fact that this policy saves resources, (both trees and money)
